Please note that all psychological services provided by Adapt Psychology are facilitated by Teletherapy. Teletherapy (also known as Telehealth or Telepsychology) is the delivery of psychological services through an online video conferencing platform. Adapt Psychology uses a highly secure and confidential Teletherapy video conferencing platform called Cliniko.
The link to the Teletherapy call is emailed to you prior to each of your consultations.
Teletherapy has become increasingly popular over the last few years as a convenient and accessible alternative to traditional face-to-face therapy. Overall, the research to date shows that the remote delivery of therapy is as effective as face-to-face therapy.

(up to 80 minutes)
Treatment Session
$200.00
(up to 50 minutes)
Cancellation Policy
Due to the high demand of psychological services and the therapist’s preparation related to each appointment, Adapt Psychology requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation of an appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24-48 hours of the appointment time, a $100 fee will be automatically charged. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, the full consultation fee will be automatically charged.
